Sales/Delivery/ Return Policies

• Sales Policy: Sales are final. This includes the selling of services and products, either physical or online. I offer a satisfaction guarantee but this is within reason of the both parties. 

• Delivery Policy: Delivery of files will be via a link provided to you via email and a private page. 

• Return Policy: There is with no exceptions any returns after purchasing premium access to the resource list. 

Consultation Policy

Cancellation/Change of Day/Time Policy

• Cancellation of a consultation call must be requested 24 hours in advance.

• If the consultation call is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled call, you will be charged 50% of the full value.

• You may request to change the day/time for the consultation at no extra charge to you, preferably an hour in advance of the original scheduling of the call.

• If for any reason Franky Dune must change the day and time of the scheduled call, I am at liberty to do so at any time or day, but please know that this would be in an emergency situation only as I value your time. I ask that we are considerate of each other’s schedules. 

Which payment methods are accepted

Payment is made through ChargeKeep, a verified partner of Stripe. If for any reason you are unable to pay using ChargeKeep, but wish to purchase a product or service, please contact me here. 

Conduct of Users

1. Users may not collect or store personal data about other Users of Franky Dune website or solicit personal information from any other users of Franky Dune website.

2. Users may not submit or distribute any so-called “spam” or “junk mail” or “chain letters” 

3. Users may not promote any personal commercial endeavour to other Franky Dune website visitors.

4. There is a zero tolerance for hate speech, discrimination, slanderous, defamatory behaviour of any sort.

5. Users may not collect the data of other users for any reason.

The rules for making public comments on the site, including copyright infringement in comments is not allowed.
