Delivery

Delivery of full access to the Resource List will be sent to you, the purchaser, digitally to the email provided during confirmation of payment.

Returns

There are no refunds and/or returns for access to the resource list provided by Franky Dune Sustainable Fashion Resources, no exceptions.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance of your appointment via email, so I can schedule someone else who is in need. Please see Franky Dune Terms of Use for full details.

Refunds of Consultation Calls

There are no refunds but you may have credit and use that credit to the value of what you paid for other products or services.
